Be grateful for the little things

My wife sleeps. Our day has been full.
No news is particularly noticeable;
The news is not new.
What is important to us is each other,
The weather, the cats, and the moon.
These change but little.
Early autumn----Or else, the end of the world.
All is quiet here, and peaceful;
God is kind and merciful.
What we know, we do.
A rather uncertainty surrounds us all,
We allow ourselves not to know.
Man is capable of any inhumanity against Man.
The greater self comforts the lesser.
There is nothing to possess.
We exhaust the will on false passions.
Refocus.
Effect change with peace and conscience,
And soon the world will grow.
